1/ What is the solution for backache in yoga?
We need to keep in mind that our posture is erect. Various asanas such as Cobra pose, Bridge pose and many others give relief to our back if done on regular basis.

2/ Acidity is very common these days. Please provide some tips to cure.
If suffering from acidity, please start taking cumin, fennel seeds and ajwain water after 30 minutes of your meal. Also do Pawanmuktasana every day to control acidity.

3/ Gut issue can upset the stomach and our digestion, so what is the remedy for same?
After every meal we should sit in Vajrasana for 5 minutes. Avoid milk and other dairy products. Start taking millets and oats.

4/ How is yoga helpful for Diabetes?
Asanas which take care of pancreas are the ones useful for diabetes such as Gomukasana and Ardhmatseyendra asana

5/ Is there anything for belly fat loss as yoga is slow so how much time does it take to loose weight?
Yoga is not slow if one is consistent with the practice. Chakki challan asana and Naukasana are very good for belly fat. Also we have to discipline our food habits. Key is not to have water half hour before or half hour after meals.

6/ What does one need to do for calming the mind?
We need to do Brahmari Pranayama and Anulom Vilom (alternate nostril breathing)

7/ Sleep is a major problem these days, so how can we have sound sleep?
Left nostril breathing helps in terms of sleep. Apply some desi ghee on the soles of your feet before sleeping

8/ What are chakras?
Chakras are the energy channels in our body and to cleanse them we do chakra meditation.
